The Hotel's Terms and Conditions
Payment & Reservation Hold
Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. Bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending payment, after which unpaid bookings will automatically expire and the allocated space will be released. A new booking will then be required, subject to availability and prevailing rates.
Cancellation & Amendments
All payments are non-refundable. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or transferred.
Age Policy
Guests must be 20 years or above to enter Red Sky Bar, COCOA XO and CRU Champagne Bar. Alcohol will be served only to guests aged 20 years or above. Valid photo identification may be required.
Dress Code
Smart casual attire is required. Shorts, singlets/sleeveless tank tops and sandals are not permitted. Swimwear and shorts are permitted only for guests attending the NYE Pool Party.
Seating
Seating is subject to the hotel's allocation. Specific tables, locations or views are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the purchased package.
Package Inclusions
Packages are valid only for the venue, date, time and inclusions specified at the time of booking. Additional items will be charged separately.
Dietary Requirements
Food allergies and dietary requirements must be advised in advance and are subject to the hotel's ability to accommodate.

Menus, beverages, entertainment and programme details are subject to change without prior notice where necessary.
Outdoor Events & Fireworks
Outdoor arrangements and fireworks viewing are subject to weather and circumstances beyond the hotel's control. The timing, duration and visibility of third-party fireworks cannot be guaranteed.
