Each offer is booked and paid directly with Centara Grand at CentralWorld: the Book Now button on an offer opens the hotel's booking page for that night in a new tab, where you pick your tickets and pay. Full payment is required to confirm a reservation. Bookings will be held for a maximum of 7 days pending payment, after which unpaid bookings will automatically expire and the allocated space will be released. A new booking will then be required, subject to availability and prevailing rates.

All payments are non-refundable. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled, rescheduled or transferred.

Two of the nine say something about children in the hotel's copy: the Ventisi dinner buffet lists a child price (6 to 11 years, ฿999++ per child, with soft drinks and water), and Red Sky Restaurant's indoor set menu lists children's options à la carte. The hotel's descriptions mention the fireworks for CRU Champagne Bar, Red Sky Bar, Red Sky Restaurant, Lotus Garden, Ventisi and Tea & Tipple: Red Sky's outdoor terrace has them "directly in front of you, at eye level", Tea & Tipple's balcony is "front row, above Ratchaprasong", Lotus Garden counts down "under the open sky", CRU toasts "from 59 floors above Bangkok", Red Sky Bar's "skyline comes alive with fireworks", and Ventisi's countdown add-on takes you to Lotus Garden for midnight. Outdoor arrangements and fireworks viewing are subject to weather and circumstances beyond the hotel's control. The timing, duration and visibility of third-party fireworks cannot be guaranteed.

Yes, two offers are built that way. Ventisi's dinner (18:00 to 22:30) has a countdown add-on: access to Lotus Garden on the 26th floor with a glass of Veuve Clicquot per adult, ฿1,000 net per person. Red Sky Restaurant's indoor set menu includes access to Red Sky Bar from 23:30 for the countdown. Lotus Garden also sells its own ticket from 21:00, and the hotel's copy says "come for the whole evening or join after dinner".

Seating is subject to the hotel's allocation. Specific tables, locations or views are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the purchased package. COCOA XO sells a window seat as its own ticket (฿10,999++ per person), and its VIP packages for up to 6 or 8 guests include the table.

No. The hotel's copy says "standing only, no seating": Red Sky Bar's countdown (฿4,900 net per person) is a standing cocktail party with two glasses of Champagne, a live band and then a DJ.

COCOA XO has VIP packages for up to 6 guests (฿77,000++) and up to 8 guests (฿99,000++), with free-flow drinks and Chocolate Cave access. CRU has a private VIP area for six: message us on WhatsApp or email [email protected] and we arrange it with the hotel.

Packages are valid only for the venue, date, time and inclusions specified at the time of booking. Additional items will be charged separately.

The dinners start first: Ventisi at 18:00 (to 22:30), Red Sky's two dinners and UNO MAS at 19:00.

The countdown parties open at 21:00. Tea & Tipple, Lotus Garden and UNO MAS run to 01:00; Red Sky, Red Sky Bar, COCOA XO and CRU to 02:00. The hour by hour band above lays the whole night out.
