These terms govern your use of Bangkok Rooftops. By using this website you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About this site

Bangkok Rooftops is a content and events guide to Bangkok's rooftop bars, sky lounges and nightlife, operated by Skyframe Media Group Co., Ltd., a company registered in Thailand (Tax ID: 0105568207444). We publish guides, listings and event information, and we link to venues and ticketing partners. Our full company details are in our Privacy Policy.

Direct ticket sales — our own events

For selected events that we organise ourselves (our pool parties), you can buy tickets directly on this website. These sales are made by Skyframe Media Group Co., Ltd. as the event organiser, and payment is handled by our payment provider (Opn Payments / Omise) by PromptPay or card, under the terms in this section.

  • Your ticket. After successful payment you receive an e-ticket by email with a personal QR code. Each QR code admits one entry, once. Keep it private — anyone presenting your QR first will be admitted in your place. Lost the email? Contact us and we'll re-send it to the purchase address. See our Delivery Policy for details.
  • Pricing and fees. All prices are shown in Thai Baht and include VAT where applicable. A small payment-processing fee is shown separately and clearly before you pay — the total at checkout is the final amount, with nothing extra at the door.
  • Refunds. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable, except when we cancel or postpone the event. If we cancel, or you cannot attend a rescheduled date, we refund the ticket price to the same payment method used for the purchase. Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Weather. Our rooftop pool parties go ahead rain or shine; passing showers are part of a Bangkok wet season and do not entitle a refund. If severe weather forces us to cancel the event entirely, the refund policy above applies.
  • Entry conditions. Our pool parties are 20+ — bring photo ID. Entry is subject to the venue's house rules (dress code, safety and security screening), and the organiser and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for unsafe, unlawful or abusive behaviour; no refund is due in that case.
  • Changes to the line-up. Advertised DJs and set times may change; a line-up change is not a cancellation and does not entitle a refund.
  • Resale. Personal resale at or below face value is fine. Commercial resale or resale above face value is prohibited and voids the ticket.

Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider; your card details never touch our servers. See our Privacy Policy for how buyer data is handled. For any ticket problem, email [email protected] — we answer fast on event days.

Tickets and bookings sold by third parties

Some other events, table reservations and bookings are sold on third-party platforms — such as Megatix, Ticketmelon, or directly with a venue — under their terms and conditions and privacy policies. Those transactions, including payment, entry, age and dress requirements, cancellations and refunds, are between you and that provider. We are not a party to them and are not responsible for them.

Accuracy of information

We work to keep our listings accurate, but rooftop bars change — opening hours, prices, menus, dress codes, minimum spends and event details can change at any time, and venues can close temporarily or permanently. Everything on this site is provided "as is", for general information, with no warranty. Always confirm the important details directly with the venue or ticketing partner before you travel or pay.

Some links on this site are affiliate or partnership links, which means we may earn a commission if you book or buy through them — at no extra cost to you. Sponsored or partner content is marked as such. Affiliate relationships never change the venues we choose to feature or what we say about them.

Intellectual property

The Bangkok Rooftops name, logo, text, photography and design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by law. Please don't copy, republish or reuse them without our permission. Third-party names, logos and trademarks (including those of venues and ticketing platforms) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

This site links to websites we don't control. We provide those links for convenience and are not responsible for the content, products, services or policies of third-party sites.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bangkok Rooftops and its operator are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its information, or from any third-party venue, event or ticketing platform we link to.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and the courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to them.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "last updated" date above when we do; your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
