Sunset lands around 6:20–6:30pm most of the year. Aim to be at the railing about twenty minutes early for the best of the colour.
What should I wear to a Bangkok rooftop bar?
Most venues are smart casual — no flip-flops, no sportswear, and a few ask for no shorts. Check each rooftop’s page for its specific dress code.
Do I need to book ahead?
For sunset seats and weekends at the popular spots, yes. Many rooftops are open-air and weather-dependent, so booking also protects your spot if the sky turns.
