Bianca Iconsiam

The idea behind Bianca Iconsiam is simple and disarming: dinner should feel like eating at a friend’s house in Italy. This branch, opened in 2025 as the brand’s largest in Thailand, adds a river-view balcony to the fantasy.

Inside, 120 seats wrap around an open kitchen with a central pizza oven and a cheese and cold cuts corner. Outside, twenty more seats look over the Chao Phraya. Get the balcony if the weather allows. This is the sixth floor of ICONSIAM, and the river does the decorating.

What to order

The dough and the pasta are made in-house from scratch, with ingredients imported from Italy. The oven turns out more than a dozen pizza varieties.

The signatures worth crossing the river for: Truffle Pasta e Basta, Bianca’s Lasagna, and the seafood-loaded Risotto Pescatore. Finish with Bianca’s Tiramisu at ฿320, or the Chocolate Dolce Vita if you are feeling dramatic.

The wine list runs past sixty labels, backed by Italian beers and a house Bianca Mojito.

The practical part

Hours are 10 AM to 10 PM daily, true all-day dining. That makes Bianca Iconsiam one of the few river-view tables in Bangkok that works equally for a late breakfast, a shopping-break lunch or a family dinner.

And it is genuinely easy with children. The menu is exactly what kids already love, pizza and pasta done properly, and the trattoria noise level means nobody is shushing anyone. Casual dress, no door policy, no drama.

One more reason this branch is the one to know: the brand opened four Bangkok rooms in 2025, at EMSPHERE, One Bangkok and Siam Paragon among them, and a fifth is set to open at Terminal 21 Asoke in July 2026. Bianca Iconsiam is the largest of the family, and the only one where the view is a river instead of a mall floor.
