Twenty-five floors above Asok, AESOPS turns a Greek dinner into a night out. The 25th floor of Column Bangkok Hotel holds a big indoor restaurant, a dedicated stage, and an open-air rooftop terrace looking over the Sukhumvit skyline — and the whole place is built for sharing, both the food and the table.

The food

This is modern Greek, designed for the middle of the table. Build a spread from the Greek dips tower, a horiatiki salad and crispy calamari, then bring on the theatrics with flaming saganaki cheese. The mains lean to the grill: wagyu and giant chicken souvlaki, grilled halloumi, a slow 12-hour lamb shoulder, an Angus tomahawk for a crowd, plus seafood from tiger prawns to octopus. Finish Greek, with loukoumades or chocolate baklava. There are vegetarian and vegan options throughout, and the kitchen takes its last orders at 10:30 PM.

How the night unfolds

Come early for sunset drinks on the terrace and a relaxed dinner. Later, AESOPS leans into its reputation as one of Asok’s liveliest rooms — on selected nights there’s music, dancing, DJs, live entertainment and the venue’s signature plate-smashing, which is why it’s a favourite for birthdays, celebrations and group nights out. Programming changes from night to night, so check ahead for what’s on. A note for families: children are welcome earlier in the evening, but an under-16 restriction applies later on Friday and Saturday nights — confirm the exact cut-off time with the venue when you book.
