Sunday Brunch, Spanish Style
On the first Sunday of every month, UNO MAS lays on a Champagne brunch 54 floors above Ratchaprasong, at Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
The spread leans on the sea: Alaskan king crab, Maine lobster, oysters and caviar, with Mediterranean plates to share and Chef Borja’s signature giant paella. It runs for three hours, from 11:30 to 14:30, so there is time to go back for a favourite with the skyline stretched out through the windows. Halal-friendly dishes are available on request.
