Fallabella River Front sits on ICONSIAM’s Tasana Nakorn Terrace, entirely open-air, with a 180-degree sweep of the river and the towers on the far bank. The water is close enough to watch the boats work.

The food

The kitchen calls itself a fusion of Thai, Italian and Japanese, with Chinese dim sum added along the way. In practice that means everyone at the table wins.

The signature is the wood-fired Fallabella Rustica pizza at ฿420. Hand-crafted pasta comes out of the same kitchen, alongside grilled river prawns and premium sushi by the piece. Mocktails start at ฿180, and there is a proper wine list and cocktail bar for the grown-ups.

Prices sit well below the hotel rooftops. Sharing sets for two run around ฿1,550 on Hungry Hub, which is where the venue takes its bookings.

Why families love it

This is one of the easiest riverside tables in Bangkok with kids in tow. It opens at 11 AM, so lunch works as well as dinner. The terrace is stroller-flat, the dress code is come-as-you-are, and there are larger family-style tables plus baby chairs.

Come at golden hour anyway. The sun drops behind the river side of the terrace, and the ICONSIAM stretch of the Chao Phraya starts to glitter.

The room has receipts, too. Hungry Hub handed it a Red Table award in 2023, and the terrace seats fifty-plus, so a big table is never a problem. The nearest station is Charoen Nakhon, right under the mall.
