Delivery Policy

Bangkok Rooftops sells digital e-tickets. Nothing is physically shipped, so there are no shipping methods, delivery fees or postal delays to worry about.

How you receive your ticket

After your payment is confirmed, your e-ticket (a QR code) is sent to the email address you provide at checkout. This normally arrives within a few minutes. There is no delivery charge.

If your ticket doesn't arrive

If you don't see your e-ticket within one hour, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it still hasn't arrived, email [email protected] or call/WhatsApp +66 92 390 1013 and we will resend it. Please double-check your email address at checkout, as this is where your ticket is sent.

Using your ticket

Bring your e-ticket to the event, either on your phone or printed. We scan the QR code at the entrance. Each ticket is valid for a single entry.
